We
received a request for this recipe during the
week! I had no idea where to start so I thought
I would send it to Tallyrand just to
wind him up on his return, thinking even he
would not be able to find such a recipe.
The
smile was soon wiped off my face - within two
hours he had dispatched the recipe!

Method
- Combine
the 2 eggs with the cake mix and melted butter
and pour into a cake tin
- Combine
the 3 eggs with the icing (powdered) sugar
and cream cheese and place on top of the first
mix
- Place
in an oven pre-heated to 205ºC (400ºF)
and cook until a light golden brown
- Remove
from oven, allow to cool slightly and turn
cake out onto a cooling rack
Chef's
Note:
Can be made into chocolate by replacing yellow
cake mix with a chocolate one and replacing
1/2 of the icing sugar with sweet cocoa.
