Ingredients
for Family
Pizza
Pizza
dough:
450g (16ozs) Doves Farm Gluten and Wheat free bread
flour
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
6tbsp olive oil (sunflower oil)
1 tsp lemon juice
325ml (11 floz) warm dairy free milk.
2 tsp quick dried yeast
Topping:
6tbsp tomato puree
Any toppings you want which are allowed for your diet
How
to make Family Pizza
- Mix
together the flour, salt, yeast and sugar.
- In
a bowl beat the milk, vinegar and eggs.
- Add
the flour and mix preferably with your hands or using
a food processor to form a sticky dough.
- Continue
mixing adding the oil.
- Spread
the dough out onto a large pizza tray.
- Spread
the top with the tomato puree and cover with chosen
toppings.
- Cover
and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake
in the centre of a pre heated oven 200° / 400°F
/ Gas 6 for 35 - 40 minutes. May need less time or
longer depending on your oven.
