Ingredients
1/2
cup vegetable oil
1 small onion, thinly sliced
3 T lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
6 juniper berries, crushed
2 T fresh rosemary, minced
1 T fresh oregano leaves
1/2tsp salt
freshly ground black pepper
Method
Mix
all ingredients in a glass bowl or dish with sides.
Marinate 4 lbs. of boneless butterflied leg of
lamb, lamb chops or pork chops for 8 hours.
