Well let me blow the lid . . . some chefs will deliberately leave something out, not emphasise the importance of something or just "tweak" the real recipe so you will not be as successful as they are.

Well welcome to 'Tallyrand's Living Cuisine', where everything is produced with tender loving care and you in mind. Whether you are a home cook, a 'foodie' or a professional chef.
